The below returns procedure and policy is only relevant to transactions and purchases made online, it does not apply to transactions made in any of our stores.
Extended Christmas Returns Policy - Unsuitable Christmas gift orders can be returned to Diffusion Online up untill the 10/01/2020.
RETURNING VIA POST
Please complete the returns form included in your parcel and post your item(s) to the address below. If you have misplaced your returns form, please contact us via e-mail and we will forward a copy to you. Ensure that all returned items are unworn and in their original condition with original tags. Due to hygiene reasons, underwear and jewellery cannot be returned.
The Sorting Office
The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using a registered or recorded postal service. International parcels must be clearly marked as 'Returned Goods' in order to avoid customs charges.
Please allow 5 working days for your return/exchange to be processed, in busy periods this may take longer - up to a maximum of 14 working days.
Please note that returning unsuitable goods is at your own expense.
If you are returning a product due to an error on our part, please contact us before making your return to arrange your return shipping.
RETURNING TO A DIFFUSION STORE
Diffusion Online transactions and purchases can be returned to any of our Diffusion stores for an exchange or store credit only. You will need a copy of your Invoice as proof of purchase. Please note that refunds are not given in-store for unsuitable purchases made online. For refunds, please follow the 'RETURNING VIA POST' instructions above.
