All our deliveries are sent via DHL courier service and require a signature upon delivery. You will receive a SMS text or email informing you of the expected delivery time and date. You can follow the instructions on the text or email to rearrange delivery if the time is unsuitable for you. You can also inform DHL if you would like your parcel to be left in a safe place, with a neighbour or delivered to a local 'pick up' location.
Unfortunately we are currently unable to ship to PO Box, Self Storage (doddle etc.) or BFPO addresses.
UK Shipping
UK Mainland (3-5 Working Days) - £6.50 per parcel (*Free UK Mainland Delivery for orders over £100 - excluding outlet & sale items).
UK Offshore (Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands & Islands) (3-5 Working Days) - £19.99 per parcel.
International Shipping
International shipping costs will vary depending on the weight and size of your parcel, the correct delivery fee will be calculated for you at the checkout. If your country is not listed as an option in the checkout: unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to you.
VAT and Import Duty Information
Orders placed for delivery outside of the EU are not subject to VAT (20% will be deducted from your order at the checkout).
If ordering for delivery outside of the UK, you are responsible for paying any tax or import duty costs incurred when the goods enter your country. Including any customs clearance fees. We recommend checking your local customs information before ordering, to confirm what additional charges may be applicable.
If you (or the recipient) refuse to accept the delivery, fail to pay import fees or attempt to return your order to avoid paying any fees or tax - your shipping charge will not be returned to you. You will also be responsible for any other charges that we incur due to your failure to pay the import duty - such as the cost of returning the parcel to ourselves.
