The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using a registered or recorded postal service. International parcels must be clearly marked as 'Returned Goods' in order to avoid customs charges.

Please note that returning goods for the purpose of an exchange/refund is at your own expense, however if you are returning a product because of an error on our part, Diffusion will be happy to refund all costs associated in returning the item back to us.
