Returns Policy
Please note: This return procedure and policy is only relevant to online transactions and purchases.
If you change your mind and decide the purchased item is unsuitable, please return within 7 days of receiving your order to the following address:

Send the item (s) back to Diffusion at the address on the returns form, your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using a registered or recorded postal service. Unsuitable items requiring an exchange must be returned with a returns form, please note £4 must be included to cover postage costs.

Please ensure all items are returned to us in their original condition, Diffusion reserves the rights to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to have been damaged or tampered with.
Please note that returning goods for the purpose of exchange/refund is at your own expense, however if you are returning the product because of an error on our part, diffusion will be happy to refund all costs associated in returning the item back to us, as well as your original postage costs.
Please note Diffusion will send email confirmation upon receipt of any product returns.
