This return procedure and policy is only relevant to online transactions and purchases, it does not apply to transactions made in any of our stores. Items purchased online cannot be returned in-store for an exchange or refund.
If you change your mind or decide that an item you have purchased is unsuitable for any reason, please complete our online returns form located here and send your item(s) back to us at the address below within 14 days of recieving your order.

The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using a registered or recorded postal service.
Returns requesting an item in exchange require a cheque/postal order to cover the re-delivery cost. Cheques are to be made payable to 'Quest Retail Ltd'. If no cheque/postal order is included, the exchange delivery cost will be charged to your card/paypal account. Please allow up to 14 working days for your exchange or refund to be processed.
International parcels must be clearly marked as 'Returned Goods' in order to avoid customs charges.
Please note that returning unsuitable goods is at your own expense, however if you are returning a product because of an error on our part, Diffusion will be happy to refund all costs associated in returning the item back to us.
We ask that all items are returned to us in their original condition, Diffusion reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to have been damaged or tampered with. Underwear and swimwear may not be returned due to hygiene reasons.
