Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from issue and can only be used on Diffusion Online.
Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or redeemed via telephone.
Your gift voucher will be dispatched as soon as payment has been cleared.
Diffusion Online can't take responsibility if a gift voucher cannot be delivered to the recipient's email address because of spam filters, firewalls or the capacity of the recipient's mailbox.
Diffusion Online can't accept any responsibility for stolen or deleted gift vouchers. Please double check the delivery email address that you enter, it is your responsibility to do so and Diffusion Online can't be held responsible if a gift voucher is used by someone other than your recipient if the email address entered is incorrect. Make sure your recipient has received their gift voucher as it is their responsibility to keep the voucher details safe.
To use your gift voucher, just enter your unique code at the checkout.
Any items purchased using a gift voucher can be exchanged or returned but not refunded. Only additional monies paid over the gift voucher amount will be refunded. When a new gift voucher is issued, it will expire on the same date as the original gift voucher that was issued.
