How can I place an order with Diffusion?
This web site has full ecommerce capability, offering you secure online shopping. Simply browse the categories available, find the item of your choice, add to your basket and follow the on screen instructions.
How long does delivery take?
Recorded delivery takes 2-4 days to anywhere in the UK, please contact for other specific destinations.
How much is the delivery charge?
All orders are subjected to a £3.99 shipping charge within the UK; please contact us regarding any other destinations.
What if I decide that the item I have purchased is not suitable once I receive it?
No problem, if within 7 days of receiving your order you change your mind for any reason at all, you may return the item for either an exchange or a refund. All that we ask is that the goods are returned unused.
When do I have to complete my order to receive my items before Christmas?
All orders must be received by the 22nd December 2009 by 12pm for guaranteed Christmas delivery.
How do I use the wish list application?
